Data Collection & Local Processing

We respect your privacy. All document scanning and text recognition initially occurs securely on your device. We do not automatically upload, save, or sync your documents to our servers or any cloud storage without your explicit action.

AI Insights & Cloud Services

We do NOT send any of your documents to our backend unless you explicitly request an "AI Insight" or use the "Chat" feature. When you do, the extracted text is securely transmitted to our backend and third-party AI providers solely for the purpose of generating your summary and chat responses. The text is discarded immediately after processing and is NEVER used to train AI models.

Third-Party Services & Analytics

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as crash reports and app interaction metrics) to improve our app. For users on the Free or Pro tiers, we partner with Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers to serve relevant ads in accordance with Google's privacy policies.

Data Security

We implement standard industry security measures to protect any data transmitted to our backend. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

User Rights

You have the right to uninstall the application at any time, which will remove all locally stored documents and application data from your device.
