REFUND POLICY

Digital Goods Exemption

Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate access to AI-powered features, all subscription purchases are generally non-refundable once the transaction is complete. You receive immediate access to the premium capabilities.

Platform-Managed Subscriptions

All billing, subscriptions, and financial transactions are securely managed by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via the Google Play Store). SmartScan AI does not process payments directly or store your payment information.

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you have been charged in error, you must request a refund directly through the platform where you made the purchase (Apple or Google). Refund eligibility is determined entirely by Apple's or Google's respective terms of service.

Downgrades & Cancellations

If you choose to downgrade or cancel your subscription, the changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to your premium features until that cycle concludes. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of use.
