By accessing or using SmartScan AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

Subscriptions & Usage Limits

We offer Free, Pro, and Unlimited tiers to accommodate different usage needs:
• Free Tier: Includes 1 free AI Insight and 1 Chat message per day. Additional usage requires viewing an advertisement.
• Pro Tier: Includes 50 ad-free AI Insights and 100 Chat messages per month. Once exhausted, additional usage requires viewing advertisements.
• Unlimited Tier: Includes unrestricted and entirely ad-free access to all features.

User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the AI features to generate, process, or disseminate illegal, offensive, harassing, or harmful content. You also agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for users who violate these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties & AI Accuracy

The application and its AI features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability or accuracy of the AI-generated summaries and responses. AI outputs can occasionally be inaccurate or misleading. You should never rely on the AI output for critical legal, medical, or financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartScan AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the application.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes within the application. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
